Yulkendy Valdez is a Forbes 30 under 30 social entrepreneur​,​ consultant​,​ and public speaker. While studying business at the #1 school of entrepreneurship​,​ Babson College​,​ she co-founded a Diversity​,​ Equity​,​ and Inclusion consultancy​,​ Forefront. For 5 years​,​ Forefront worked with leading organizations​,​ including SAP​,​ Accenture​,​ Boston University​,​ and San Francisco Public Utilities Commission​,​ while receiving investment from top accelerators such as Techstars. Her work has been personally recognized by President Clinton and media outlets from Fast Company to the Boston Globe. She has spoken on global stages from Lyon to St. Gallen on the Future of Work​,​ Women of Color in Technology​,​ Mentorship and Sponsorship​,​ and anything Millennials and Gen-Zs of Color. She is a One Young World ambassador and alumna of renowned fellowships such as Future Founders​,​ Young People For​,​ and Resolution Project. With roots in St. Louis​,​ Missouri​,​ she has traveled to 40+ countries for work and fun. She currently lives in Brooklyn​,​ NY.
